This creative writing pack aims to help with trauma. It contains two cards - SHELLSHOCK and PERCEPTION. The pack also contains two types of essential oil which are integrated into the creative writing exercises: LEMON and an ANTI-ANXIETY blend. The LEMON essential oil has a bump dot on the cap to help you easily tell which is which.
