Our promise to you

We want you to receive your Writing Your Wellbeing pack as soon as possible. Usually this will be within 7 working days. However, one of the great things about our packs is that they are designed to best meet your sight needs. Where we make up a bespoke order, braille packs for instance, this can take longer. We always aim to get your pack to you as quickly as possible, and to keep you updated at all times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Wherever possible, shipping costs are included in the price of the packs or come under the Articles for the Blind scheme. International shipping rates may apply.
