LOSS - AUDIO VERSION

This audio version of the LOSS pack includes an audio recording with writing exercises.  The aromatherapy oil used as part of these exercises - FRANKINCENSE - can also be purchased on this site (LOSS pack with oil and A5 large print card). This is ideally suited for someone who has experienced a significant loss and enjoys writing but struggles to read small print.  

Writing Your Wellbeing creative writing exercises are designed to allow you to gently manage your emotional and mental wellbeing. The essential oils and sensory guidance are incorporated to make the writing process more effective and enjoyable. The exercises are not a substitute for medical care.
